I use Peter David Halifax for my rental property and they are fantastic. We engaged the company after our previous tenant left. They were very efficient in getting the paperwork done before viewings started. Then when viewings started I received updates every time a viewing was booked, which was great. The background checks were quick and thorough and allowed us to make a decision on a new tenant. Now the tenant is in place the process of them moving in could not have gone smoother. Throughout all of this they are available on email and phone and act on any requests or questions straight away. Living a distance away from the property it removes a lot of stress knowing such a professional company and its staff are there both us and our tenants. I would highly recommend Peter David to any landlords.
